Part Time Lecturer

1. Applicant Must Be Present Above 50 Years Old.

2. Letter of Intention.

3. Letter of Acceptance From Public / Private Higher Education.

4. Letter of Permission From Malaysia Ministry of Education.

5. Advertisement in local newpaper for the intaken of local citizen.

6. Original & Copy of Working Contract.

7. Personal Income Tax Relief Letter Form Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN) of Malaysia.

8. Copy of Passport (Pages of Particulars & MM2H Pass).

Part Time 20 Hour a Week

1. Applicant & Company's Representative.

2. Applicant Must Be 50 Years & Above.

3. Letter of Application From Company
    3.1  Authorization Letter From the Company
          > Photocopy Mykad
          > Designation In Company

    3.2  Covering Letter Explaining Company Activities & Job Justifications.
    3.3  Letter of Offer From The Company
          > Duration of Employment Contract
          > Duration of Working Hour
          > Remuneration

4. Latest Print-Out Companies Commission of Malaysia Form 9, 24 & 49.
    (must be verified by Companies of Malaysia)

5. Business License From Local Authority.

6. Recommendation Letter From Related Agency (which ever related):
.    i.  Education             - Ministry of Higher Education / Ministry of Education
    ii.  Health                   - Ministry of Health
   iii.  Manufacturing     - Malaysia Industrial Development Authority
    iv.  Banking, Financial & Insurance     - Ministry of Health
    v.  Security                   - Malaysia Industrial Development Authority

7. Advertisement in local newpaper / Job street for the intake local citizen.

8. Copy of Passport (Pages of Particulars & MM2H Pass).

• Application is only applicable for participant aged 50 years old and above.

• Companies/institutes should submit their application by hand or by post.

• All copies must be certified TRUE COPIES OF ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS by EMBASSY /HIGH COMMISSION / SOLICITOR/ JUSTICE OF PEACE / NOTARY PUBLIC / COMMISIONER FOR OATHS / GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL.

• Where original documents are not in English, translation must be done by a qualified translator.

• Approval is subjected to the ability of the company concerned to show proof that the required skills or expertise are not available locally.
